Do I pay when I request?+
Not immediately. After the request is reviewed, pay the required deposit and send proof of payment to secure the booking.
When is the deposit refunded?+
After every item is returned on time and in the same condition. Cancellations three days or less before the rental date make the deposit non-refundable.
What happens on collection?+
Bring the required identification, pay the remaining rental amount, inspect the kit and sign the rental agreement.
Where is pickup?+
Standard pickup and return are in Subang Jaya. Other locations and after-hours handovers must be arranged in advance and may cost extra.
Can two people book the same gear?+
No. Every request is checked against live availability, and the booking system prevents overlapping reservations.
